By selectively identifying unique investment opportunities, we deploy capital with a measured approach that seeks both cash flow generation and value creation. Over their careers, Alden Street’s key principal has collectively deployed more than $1 billion of investment capital across more than 60 investments.
Our target investments include light value-add or core-plus “storied” properties at major colleges and universities that are in well-established locations and are primed for long term growth.

The entire Alden Street team proactively identifies opportunities for ongoing improvement, is dedicated to open communication and transparency, and works with an institutional underwriting, operating, and reporting mindset.

Property Management
We have proudly formed a property management joint venture with PeakMade, a recognized industry leader and the 8th largest manager of student housing beds in the US, to exclusively manage Alden Street owned assets.
Our partnership with PeakMade allows us to leverage their economies of scale and their significant experience across markets while providing us the opportunity to bring our institutional experience, portfolio management, and problem-solving skills to every investment.
